Who’s Who in Ogbomosoland

Ogbomoso Community Foundation (OCF) will be ten years in September, 2011. The occasion calls for a reflection of her past activities and appreciation to God for the achievements and the journey so far under the indefatigable coordination of the Leader, Asiwaju (Dr.) Sunday Adedayo Adewusi IGP, (rtd) GCON.

In support of the anniversary, and as one of the activities to mark the occasion, the Foundation is working towards contributing further to knowledge through the publication of a reference tool, “Who’s Who in Ogbomosoland”. The Technical Committee on Editorial and Publications of the Foundation has been mandated to ensure the production of the 1st Edition of the book before September, 2011.

In view of the foregoing, kindly find and complete a paper version of a structured questionnaire, or complete an online version, to provide the information about your goodself, or your nominee, that are germane for the consideration and perusal of the organ of the Foundation that has been saddled with the task of producing the reference work.
